Entry will be denied to any customer, if in the past 14 days you have
Been unwell or had any flu-like symptoms including a fever (37.5° or higher), coughing, a scratchy throat
Any sudden loss of smell, loss of taste, shortness of breath, or
Been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19, or
Are at a high risk from a health perspective, including the elderly and those with pre-existing medical heath conditions.
Experienced fatigue, a runny nose, muscle pain, joint pain, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite.
Entry will be refused, if you have been to any of the Latest COVID-19 Case Locations in NSW, during the time and date indicated.
Temperature checks will be conducted when you arrive at Ultimate Soccer. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 or higher will be denied entry. Anyone who refuses a temperature check will be denied access.
All persons that enter Ultimate Soccer must always observe 1.5 metre social distance rules in all areas of the facility. If a person stands close to you (and does not practice social distancing), move to a new area and ensure you implement social distancing requirements.
A maximum of 10 people are allowed on any one 5 a-side pitch at any one time.
The clubhouse and changing rooms are closed during this time to all customers.
If you enter the building, you must wear a face mask at all times. This is not applicable to customers under the age of 13 years old.
Customers must obey the limit numbers placed on the toilet doors. If the number of persons in the toilets exceed the number indicated, customers are instructed to wait in the allocated area in the corridor and only enter when the capacity is below the set limit indicated.
Ensure you and your group go straight to the pitch booked. Do not hang around in common areas. When your booking ends promptly exit the facility.
Spectators are not allowed entry.
Bibs will not be available. Colour coordinate with teammates prior if you need to.
When your pitch booking ends, promptly exit the facility in a timely manner.
All customers are advised to download the mobile Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in app. All customers must check-in using the COVID Safe Check-in app via the QR code provided.
Regularly wash your hands with soap and water in the clubhouse toilets. If the clubhouse toilets are not available, use a hand sanitizer dispenser (they are located around the facility).
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.
Pay using a debit or credit card. Split payments will not be accepted.
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
No spitting at any time.
Do not share drink bottles.
No shaking hands among players and the referee before or after games.
No group celebrations.
You agree to provide Ultimate Soccer with your personal details for COVID 19 purposes.
Your safety is our number one concern. If you enter the premises, you agree to adhere to the Ultimate Soccer COVID-19 Terms & Conditions of Entry. Ultimate Soccer reserves the right to refuse you access if it feels the terms and conditions listed have been breached and not respected. Furthermore, Ultimate Soccer has the right to suspend, cancel or end your booking if it suspects its Terms & Conditions have not been followed. Finally, Ultimate Soccer reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of Entry at any time.
